In this workshop, we will focus on utilizing regression therapy to support clients with terminal illnesses. Therapists will learn techniques to address the unique emotional and psychological needs of these clients.
Objectives:
• Gain a deep understanding of the psychological and emotional impact of terminal stages on clients.
• Develop skills to utilize regression therapy in supporting clients in terminal stages.
• Cultivate empathetic and effective communication techniques tailored to the needs of terminally ill clients.
• Learn methods to address fears, anxieties, and questions about death within regression therapy sessions.
• Explore ways in which regression therapy can facilitate the process of acceptance and reconciliation with death.
• Provide strategies for managing personal emotions and stress as a therapist with clients in end-of-life situations.
• Encourage the exchange of experiences and strategies among participants to enhance clinical practice.
• Engage in a group regression meditation to personally experience the emotions and sensations of facing imminent death and transitioning, enhancing personal insight and empathy.
