Description
THE ART OF REST IN PEACE AROUND DEATH
The art of dying well has been understated in comparison to the art of living well! Death carries the paradox of suffering and freedom. Good peaceful closures are great beginnings! What we start with is what we create and perpetuate!
Being aware of ‘closing the program of the current life well’ is likely to make way for better living in the next incarnation or perhaps going beyond.
The art of dying well as much as the art of leaving well with the art of living can perhaps facilitate a more expansive journey – the journey of an evolution in consciousness.
Objectives:
• Introducing the significance of dying well and its implications when one doesn’t die well;
• Presenting different types of incomplete death in regression therapy session;
• Demonstrating one of these types;
• Facilitating ‘Rest in Peace’ to those known to us as relatives or clients with /without an active intervention of therapy;
• Preparing ourselves to leave well besides living well.
