What Two Hours of Yoga Before a Session Actually Changes — and Six Open Spots in MallorcaDear EARTh colleagues,
Gaëlle and I run Yoga of the Soul together here in Mallorca: she guides two hours of embodied yoga every morning, I hold the afternoon group sessions — transpersonal regression, inner child work, soul retrieval, in the language most of you will recognize.
Integrating the two practices has taught me something I didn’t expect.
Two hours of embodied yoga before a session changes what’s possible in the room. Participants arrive in the group circle already inside their bodies. Memories surface faster. Parts integrate with less resistance. And the integrations hold — in follow-up calls a month later, the work is still anchored.
This isn’t what I can achieve in the first five minutes of settling and grounding. It’s a different order of preparation entirely.
I wanted to share this with our community — and share an invitation. Six of fifteen spots are open for our May 2–9 retreat. If some of you want to experience this sequence firsthand as participants, here’s what a day looks like:
You wake in a stone room warmed by morning sun. You walk to the yoga space under olive trees. Two hours with Gaëlle. Not performance yoga — the kind where your jaw softens before your shoulders do. Brunch outside. A long, slow afternoon circle. Dinner on the terrace with fourteen others who speak the language.
Pia, who had worked through talk therapy and EMDR over many years, said something after her week with us that stayed with me: “The things we did here were on a much deeper level. It was mind-blowing.” Coming from someone with that much structured inner work behind her, that sentence carries weight.
May 2–9, 2026. La Serranía, our retreat center in the Serra de Tramuntana. Several buildings around a pool, set into a quiet hillside, olive groves running down toward the valley. Fifteen participants. Six spots open.
From €1,485 shared twin / €2,185 private. Payment plans available at checkout.
If something in you leans toward this, two ways in:
Six spots. I’d rather they went to EARTh colleagues than strangers.
With warmth,
Timm Christophel
