Regression Fest 2026 – Beyond “I Am Not Enough”

Regression Fest is the first online festival in Romania dedicated to regression therapy, bringing together experienced therapists and trainers for a weekend of experiential workshops exploring one of the most common limiting beliefs people carry: “I am not enough.”

Participants will receive:
• 12 experiential workshops
 • 13 experienced regression therapists and trainers
 • exploration of themes such as inner child, suppressed anger, shame, emotional blocks, relationships and boundaries
• 6 months access to the recordings

The workshops explore themes such as:

• the inner child
• working with traumas, such as abuse or being abandoned
• suppressed anger and emotional expression
• shame and self-worth
• emotional blocks and unconscious beliefs
• relationships and boundaries
• reconnecting with the body and presence

About the approach

Regression therapy is a therapeutic method that helps people explore the emotional roots of current patterns by reconnecting with earlier life experiences stored in memory and in the body.

By bringing awareness and compassion to these experiences, participants can transform limiting beliefs and access new emotional resources.
