Timm Christophel (born 1974 in Hamburg) combines a wealth of diverse professional expertise with a deep commitment to advancing regression therapy. His journey from the corporate world to transformative soul work exemplifies the path of a dedicated healer who first found his own way home.
After obtaining an MBA and building a career in business consulting, Timm discovered his true calling when he began studying Transpersonal Regression Therapy under Hans TenDam at the Tasso Institute. What started as business coaching in 2006 transformed as he recognized the deeper soul journeys beneath his clients’ surface challenges.
Today, Timm is an EARTh-recognized trainer and co-founder of one of Germany’s leading regression therapy schools, where he has trained four cohorts of regression therapists through comprehensive year-long certification programs. His teaching specializes in exploring karmic legacies, soul retrieval, and fostering spiritual growth, with particular emphasis on the integration of unresolved childhood experiences from present and past lives.
Timm developed what he calls “The Coming Home Process” — a framework for guiding clients to remember, retrieve, and return lost parts of themselves to wholeness. This methodology bridges traditional and advanced methods of regression therapy, empowering clients and fellow therapists alike to achieve profound healing across lifetimes.
A dedicated educator in inner-child healing, Timm regularly leads modules on this topic. His 8-week online course “The Journey to the Inner Child” (available in English and German) has equipped both therapists and individuals with practical tools to access and transform deep-seated patterns. He also hosts “The Soul Journey Tapes” podcast, featuring authentic regression sessions that showcase the transformative power of this work (German title: “Die Seelenreise-Tapes”).
