Sonia Sarina Birrer is a Regression Therapist, Spiritual Coach, and Channel, accredited in Past Life and Between Lives Regression Therapy. Her professional path began as a health and nutrition coach and evolved through years of deep personal exploration, including healing her own spiritual experiences. She trained with the Past Life Regression Academy® and is certified by the International Board of Regression Therapy.
Since 2019, Sonia has offered a unique combination of regression therapy, energy healing, and higher self channeling, supporting individuals in reconnecting with their inner wisdom. Her approach is rooted in guiding self-led clients through transformative journeys that awaken their soul remembrance and resolve emotional and energetic imprints from the past.
In addition to her therapeutic work, Sonia is a supervisor for Between Lives Spiritual Regression training at the Past Life Regression Academy® and a council member of the Spiritual Regression Association. She also offers intuitive mentoring sessions and is currently developing an online course to teach multidimensional connection and intuitive mastery.
Outside her professional work, Sonia lives with her partner in a remote mountain village in Switzerland, where they grow their own food, build with their hands, and live in rhythm with nature.
