Sonia Sarina Birrer is a regression therapist and channel based in the Bex area, Canton Vaud, Switzerland. She works in person and online worldwide. She holds the Diploma in Regression Therapy (Dip RTh) from the Past Life Regression Academy, accredited by the International Board of Regression Therapy, and the Certificate in Between Lives Spiritual Regression (Ct BLSR). She supervises students of the Academy’s Between Lives training and is training to become a trainer for it.
For Sonia, in regression therapy she works with the part of us that remembers beyond the conscious mind. With between lives spiritual regression and Higher Self channeling, she works with the intention to guide her clients closer to their soul purpose and see what earthly layers need attention in order to fully live their highest most authentic self. Her approach is non-judgmental and non-religious: the client leads, and she holds the space.
Sonia has worked with people on their health, well-being and personal development since 2016. She is the author of The Three Pillars of Transformation. Sessions in English, German, Swiss German and French.
