Peggy Schick is a professional regression therapist, astrologer, and Reiki III practitioner with a private practice, Soulful Wellness, in Brunswick, Maine. She offers past life regression, current-life and inner-child regression, and regression as a psyche-led mythopoetic journey. Her work centers on soul evolution and the healing of ancestral and intergenerational wounding.
Peggy also facilitates in-depth exploration of her clients’ astrological birth chart themes through the integration of astrology and regression therapy. In addition, she offers shamanic astrology journeys in which clients engage directly in transpersonal journeying through a participatory relationship with the planetary energies reflected in their charts.

Her regression training and certifications are through the Past Life Regression Academy, the Edgar Cayce Association for Research and Enlightenment, and the National Association for Transpersonal Hypnotherapists. She is certified in archetypal and cosmological astrology through the Institute for Transpersonal and Archetypal Studies and is a Reiki III Master practitioner in the Usui tradition through the Hearts and Hands Reiki Clinic.
Peggy is a PhD candidate in Depth Psychology with a specialization in Integrative Therapy and Healing Practices through Pacifica Graduate Institute. Her doctoral research explores the integration of astrology and regression therapy, with particular focus on ancestral and intergenerational healing. She hopes to complete her dissertation in 2028. Peggy also holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a bachelor’s degree in biology.
