WEBINAR Verbal explorations of body parts

About Hans

Feelings of guilt and shame are reactions on having done wrong or not having done the right thing. Something we would like to have never happened, would like to forget. Guilt is the opposite of innocence; shame is the opposite of pride. Victims may stay with the shame or guilt of their assailants. These may stay with the innocence of their victims and feel pride in what they did. There may have been humiliation. Often sex has been involved. We don’t want to remember shameful experiences. We certainly don’t like to share them with others. So, regressions to experiences with shame are difficult. How do we liberate our clients from the sticky darkness of such experiences?

Webinar description

Using sentences as My arms are… and My stomach is. . ..
We choose a body part the client has mentioned as always giving problems or the body
part that unexpectedly requires attention at the start of the session. The client
completes such sentences till nothing more comes and we milk out such sentences.
My kidneys are… my friends; … my enemies, … enormous. … likable… etc.
We find out which sentences have remarkably strong charges and use them for usually
short regressions. Almost always there will be som energy work. if necessary we
personify the body part and communicate with it.
Most of the webinar will consist of demos – and answering questions.
