We all want to become an integrated person in our psyche, as we all are very complicated human beings. We need to realize that our main conflict is between our soul and our spirit. Let’s have a look at this dynamic in ourselves and take a big step towards our integration.

About Sonay
Through her development in the field of healing, Sonay became acquainted with Izmir Spiritual Research Society in 2007. Since then, she had the chance to learn and practice many different techniques such as NLP, DMP (Deep Memory Process – Past Life Therapy Technique), the Shamanic Journey Practitioner Training, and the Healing Training. She now gives trainings about Spiritual Healing and NLP, and runs workshops about Shamanic Journeys and Shadow Work by using many other powerful techniques such as DMP, Shamanic Journey, Healing with Hands, Star Maiden Circle, NLP, Ancestral Work, Dynamic Theatre, Inner Child and EMDR in one on one sessions.
