Menstrual Pain Research Project
Dear Regression Therapists and EARTh Colleagues,
As we previously shared during EARTh congresses and annual conventions, we are currently conducting a research project on the scientific effectiveness of regression therapy in relieving menstrual pain.
We are excited to let you know that our research website is now live and open for volunteer client registrations. An automatic translation feature is available to support accessibility in multiple languages.
We are now inviting professional and/or certified regression therapists to take part in this important study. (EARTh members / non-EARTh members are all welcome.)
If you are interested in joining the project, please contact us via the email below to receive the participation forms and further details: [email protected]
Why this research matters:
- Addresses a widespread issue: Menstrual pain affects millions of women globally, yet it remains under-researched and often inadequately addressed by mainstream medical approaches.
- Pioneering work: This is one of the first scientific studies to investigate regression therapy as a non-pharmacological approach to chronic menstrual pain.
- Validation for the field: The results of this study could significantly strengthen the evidence base for regression therapy and help increase its recognition within scientific, medical, and therapeutic communities.
- Empowering therapists: By participating, you’re not only supporting clients but you are actively contributing to the growth, credibility, and visibility of our shared field. You’re becoming part of a global movement to redefine how we understand and treat psychosomatic symptoms.
We believe that your expertise, care, and presence can make a meaningful difference. This is a chance to contribute to a scientifically grounded, heart-led project that empowers both therapists and clients.
Together, let’s build a bridge between science and healing. We warmly invite you to join us in making regression therapy more visible, accessible, and impactful.
With appreciation and love,
DREAMP Research Team

What is this research about?
EARTh Association for Regression Therapy aims to promote regression as a complementary method to offer relief to the clients from the problems of menstrual pain by guiding the clients to the root cause of the suffering. This approach has already had results in regular practice. The aim now is to focus our efforts to a wider public.
The question followed some remarkable overcome of primary and/or secondary dysmenorrhea (menstrual pain) that have already happened after regression process. We would like to know if this a particular case, or if Regression can really contribute to this healing for a wider number of women.
DREAMP Study website is ready for volunteering clients:

In order to participate in this research
The clients need to:- Be at least 18 years old.
- Being officially diagnosed with primary and/or secondary dysmenorrhea (menstrual pain), in the form of a written doctor’s report, preferably with an ultrasound photo attached.
- We prefer the clients are officially diagnosed by gynecologist. However, if the clients want to participate without gynecologist’s diagnose, they can participate with their own data provided.
- If the clients are using contraception or hormonal spirals; they are not suitable for this research.
- The clients also need to be willing to work on the problem with Regression Process which may take several sessions depending on their situation.
What needs to be done:
– The clients will fill the informed consent for before they participate to the research
– The clients will fill the Client 1 Form before the regression sessions
– The regression therapists will initiate sessions right after clients period and arrange 2-3 regression session which are only focused on menstrual pain.
– The clients will fill Client 2 form first period after the regression sessions.
– The clients will fill Client 3 form sixth period after to measure the continuity of the effectiveness.
– The regression therapist will fill the google form with the below link to provide the data to DREAMP team.
Normally we do not get session fee from the volunteer clients, however, you may keep your own way of practice. It is between you and your clients. EARTh Research Committee will provide 50 Euro for per completed case to the regression therapists… We do not do any payment to the clients.
Special NOTE for SCHOOL LEADERS
Please share the research with your graduates although they are not EARTh members yet.
