Maryna Golovko

I am a professional regression therapist with over 7 years of practical experience. In my work, I use transpersonal regression therapy as a respectful and supportive approach to exploring the deeper origins of emotional experiences, inner conflicts, and recurring life patterns.

My practice is grounded in respect for the client’s autonomy, clear professional boundaries, and confidentiality. Rather than offering fixed interpretations or leading clients toward predetermined outcomes, I support a collaborative process of self-exploration, allowing each client to move at a pace that feels safe and appropriate for them.

I work primarily with adults and, when appropriate, with children in ethically approved formats, always paying close attention to safety, emotional readiness, and professional responsibility. Each regression session is a full therapeutic process lasting 2–2.5 hours, focused on gaining insight into the underlying causes of present experiences and gently integrating the material that emerges.

Regression therapy in my practice is a non-medical form of psychological support and does not replace medical or psychiatric treatment.

Mode of therapy
In my practice, I use transpersonal regression therapy as a gentle and conscious method for exploring deeper levels of experience.
This approach focuses on working with inner images, memories, and experiences that may be connected to current emotional and bodily states, recurring life patterns, and inner conflicts. The work is based on respect for the client’s autonomy, without suggestion or imposed interpretations, with a strong emphasis on safety, awareness, and ethical principles.
