Anna Oprea’s holistic approach to regression therapy, rooted in her lifelong out-of-body experiences and profound understanding of consciousness, energy, and self-knowledge. She views physical and emotional “problems” as opportunities for deeper self-discovery and transformation. As Shalini says, this is an amazing interview!

Shalini:
Welcome back to Estafet with the lovely and deep dive journey during the annual convention into the body, the temple of the soul. We are here with very different regression therapist who works out of the body and I’m very curious to know how she works. What, what does she works? I welcome Anna Oprea. Welcome Anna.
Ana:
Thank you Shalini. Nice to be here. So, it will be the first interview for me and it’s in English, a language I never studied in this life.
Shalini:
And I’m very, very thankful and grateful to you. So, really you bend a spoon or fork?
Ana:
Yeah, yeah, we, we play. So don’t ask me to come to your dinner because we play with object like-
Shalini:
Oh, so you could bend this.
Ana:
I thought that this is the most difficult thing but this is normal, because once you once your energy becomes one with the energy of the object, because it’s only energy, you can easily mold it. It’s like clay, there is no resistance because it’s when you come, when you become one with that field, it’s not that you have to bend the spoon- is like you bend your consciousness. You bend is like an action in your consciousness.
Shalini:
Oh my God. When is your workshop, Anna? Let me enroll now.
Ana:
Well, well, I will do that in the future.
Shalini:
You’re coming from a different, different space and you work very differently. Maria has mentioned that I should ask what is your source of information and what do you actually do? Let’s talk about all. Over to you.
Ana:
I come from a different background in this area of regression therapy. I would say that my journey started my- the beginning of my life, because I saw this reality a little different. Being out of body, out of the physical body. So, I could see the reality different from majority of people. I thought it’s normal because I could go in and out of body and explore around going through walls, able to read the mind even when people were sleeping. It was normal for me until about six years old when I discovered that not everybody remembers this experience. I could see people out of their physical body so I wouldn’t understand why don’t they remember in the morning?
Shalini:
How was it as an adult and how was it when you were seeing it as a child?
Ana:
Well, my first memory is when I was from when I was less than one year old. When you are out of body, where is an object? The nature of the object? You look at people. So, I was looking at my parents sleeping and you can see and connect with what they are dreaming. If they are awake, you can connect with their thoughts. You can instantly know what they are thinking. I remember that thought I had: “I hope I will survive with this kind of parents.” So, because that, I remember when I study about judgment, I had my own session- And it’s very important to not judge, because when you judge something, you are instantly connected with what you judge. And you can be transformed by what you judge, okay? So, when I went in this session for myself, I remember about this, that I had this judgment since I was little, looking at people and asking why they are doing this to themselves. Those thoughts that are very disharmonious and affecting the physical body and even the environment. So, I had this question when I was very little, and I was like, “I hope I would survive with people thinking like this.” Because usually some kind of thoughts can guide you. Can. Yeah, can produce some disease. Well, I don’t see difference between souls. I don’t see difference between peoples. What I see now is more like, where do we put our focus? Where is our attention? What do we want to explore in this life? It’s not about how evolved we are. It’s more about how much practice on a different subject we have. When we are born like this with different ability is because we practice in other realities, and is connected with what we want to do in this life.
Shalini:
What kind of clients come to you with patterns, with problems with their focus or their reality?
Ana:
I think we attract the clients based on our experience, our vibration. And well, I think we can go with the clients until the level we are ourselves going. Okay, so all kind of clients. There are clients from. With only a headache that persisted for 10 years, or clients that have patterns, experience strange things. Because I’m very. It’s normal and natural for me to explore because I publish some information about this, they feel free to explore this part. Some are afraid, but they- They feel secure to explore this part with me. So, with strange things, magic things, and it’s easy for me to go in that direction.
Shalini:
You have studied medicine and in your journey from medicine to this field, when did you decide? How did you decide that “this is not what I’m following now. I need to put my focus from medicine to another field.” Or the focus was same, but you shifted only the direction.
Ana:
Yeah, well, I think I start with this when I was about 6 years old, 6, 7 years old, and I was. It keeps my attention that in the family of my- my father family, there were many people with cancer. Different kind of cancer, different ages, both sexes. So, I was looking at them being in the body, out of body. So, looking at them, I was like the same question, why they are doing that to themselves. I was very curious. It was like a decision and the knowing in the same time, okay, Like I knew I will not have a cancer in this life.
I was about 17 years old, I had some sensation, symptoms and manifestation in the body and I thought I have cancer because I start to bleeding from my throat. It was from nasopharynx, a lot of pure blood, clean blood. And no doctors not, no specialist knew what it was. Well, when I’m looking back, I- I know what is all about, because I can see how we activate our memory going back, okay? And we activate, we have like points in time space and we go there and activate memories.
So, it was at this age I start to have these symptoms and so I go for exploration. Doctors didn’t know what it was. I thought I have cancer and they don’t want to told me. So, by chance I saw a magazine, someone from Romania said, well, “I had stage four cancer and now I’m healed because I took this road.” So, I start to change my diet, okay? So, the way I drink water, the way I program water, like one month, the symptom disappears. So, no bleeding. But not only that, but I start to have such a clear mind and a lot of energy. And that was the moment when I- my life changed, because I decided to not anymore to study genetics. I wanted to study genetics and decided to go to medical school. Also, what was strange, I start to have more complex out of body experience, to see more detail. You know how we read the normal book in our life, going page by page. When you are out of body, you put, put your focus on a book and you have all the information in the same time. I validate this the next day when I wake up. When you read the book and you go page by page, know the essence of the information in the book. The brain is very limited to translate the information. So, of course, I was curious why we are so limited in the physical body. How easy is to be to access the information outside of body. So, another kind of change at that age was that it was difficult to stay in the body. So, every time I went to sleep in 20 minutes, I was outside of the body. And somehow, I knew the physical body is very important. I didn’t know why that time. So, I went to my yoga teacher because I started to do yoga my first year of medical school. And I said, “please help me to stay in the body.” And she said, “are you crazy? We make so many efforts many years to go outside of the body.” I said, “no, I want to stay in the body.” Because I had this feeling that to really understand the reality and to influence and to mold the reality is true physical body. But it was only intuition there. So, that moment I tried different approach or even going outside. I learned how to focus to come back in the body, how to be outside of the body and try to move physical part of the body. It was easier to move the hand. What helps me that time it was to change my diet again and start to eat meat. So, after I start to eat meat, it was easier for me to stay in the body and focus on the physicality more.
Shalini:
Is there any connection with having a diet with meat and staying in the body or a diet without meat? Or it was your own experience?
Ana:
Well, I think it’s different for different people. What I’m seeing now, the meat, because the energy of the meat is very dense. So, it helps me to lower my frequency to be able to stay in the body. I was very surprised later, when I went in United States at the Monroe Institute to see how someone that was not born this way, only trained in out of body experience. William Buhlman. So, I went for to study a program with him about out of body experience. I was surprised that he was eating meat, because like eight years ago I thought it’s better to not eat to be easier to go out of body. But there is no difference, if you know how to manage frequencies. But because I was at that level that time, and didn’t know how to manage frequencies, it was easier for me to use this tool, because I can see different kind of tools that we can use. And for me, this dense energy that comes with meat, it was a good helping to stay in the body. Now, I have a different approach because I work with energy.
So, I work also with someone from United States, Geraldine Orozco is her name. So, I learned how to anchor the body, and I learned the importance of the physical body.
Our objective being in this reality is to learn to manage the frequencies, okay? So, not be trapped in some level of frequency. It’s because of that we work with emotions in therapy, because it’s the way we translate the frequency. I will not ask someone where do you vibrate now? But I will ask the emotion or the thought, because the thought will-
Shalini:
– have that vibration.
Ana:
That vibration, that emotion. So, for me is easier to see where is the frequency. Looking at emotion, thought and emotion. Going into medical school, I thought I would understand how some people get cancer and the other not. But actually, in the medical field we see only the results people that couldn’t avoid to make cancer and they try to find a solution for that level, okay? So, when we already have cancer in the body, because we don’t know how to manage thought, emotions, frequency is better at that time to intervene with surgery, chemotherapy, radiation; it will be good to do otherwise but people don’t know how to work with energy and emotions.
And another disease that took my attention was autoimmune disease is always an interior conflict, okay? And we can see that what is in the body as autoimmune disease, we can see this in the collective also the conflict. I was more curious about the nature of the soul and nature of reality, how this reality is constructed.
My journey on how people bring information through channeling. Curious about where this information come from. How Maria Angelina asked me, oh, how do I get my information? So, I was curious about this or about that or about that. So, I was going to do research in that direction. But a lot of information come also- I inspired myself from different author, let’s say, to not be trapped in all kind of information. I inspire like 30%. I take my information from books, from people, but also part of my information- if from my own exploration. Being out of body, being in lucid dreaming, remote viewing, reading energies. And I connect dots between. And many information from my clients, because when they come with the situation, with the context, they want to find the cause. Of course, we go into the exploration. And what I discover is all this, all this moment they come for therapy but there is an opportunity of knowing about themselves. And it looks like a disease or a toxic relationship or a pattern or a blockage in the career is the problem. But the way I see, all of this is an opportunity. I see the every being as being perfect. So, when there is an opportunity is about knowing that perfection. Well, I see that light. And there is a lot of knowledge, the lot, a lot of harmony there, a lot of experience, a lot of energy. So, the therapy is an opportunity to know thyself. So, it’s an opportunity to see through filters, to see through all these layers that covers the light. So, when people talk about enlightenment is not something we have to evolve, is more of cleaning, cleaning everything is, but not real. So, seeing through illusion and being able to travel, to explore through illusion and going to what is real. And what is real, I think is only one truth and only one reality. And this is the soul, the spirit, the consciousness. And the truth is that we are creator. Even in therapy, we can go from pain, from cancer, autoimmune disease, strange things that happened in your life, like object moving or patterns of accident, okay? We can go from there but actually there are only opportunities of knowing thyself. Because once you start to know yourself more and more, you discover that every problem has a solution. There is no problem, no situation without the solution. In the same time, in the quantum field time, we go in a direction, there is an opposite situation. So, what we do is come in the middle. Intention is important, but surrender to the extended self is the key. We create something because we don’t remember about how this situation will go through generation and where it will go. We only see a segment and we don’t know the sphere. But only the past influences the present and the future. But the future influences the present and the past also. So that was my road to true medicine, hypnotherapy. Now I’m studying transpersonal psychotherapy, which helps me a lot. But if I have to say what is really important is only about know thyself.
Shalini:
I’m trying to focus myself in your workshop to make it a manifestation or to make it a reality for me in near future.
Ana:
Okay. So put the intention there in the field, and if that person is ready to catch it and to stay on that information, that will become reality. So, I can see how Maria Angelina did with this situation, and how I arrived at this interview because she asked the same last year. How can you do a workshop about this? But I’ll consider this in the future. Sometime when I look in the eyes of someone, I can see many realities, that this soul is in the same time. So, she’s a very powerful one. When I look in your eyes, I can see your lives as warrior, as a healer. I can see how you learn through difficult life. I can see what’s already active in your DNA and what is potential that you can arrive in this life.
Shalini:
We’re arriving towards the end of our interview. Whom do you recommend next?
Ana:
Oh, of course I will recommend Ruxandra Bulzan. She was my teacher- She’s a international trainer on regression therapy recognized by EARTh. And she’s my friend also. And she’s one of the persons that helped me be grounded and focus more. So, I can easily manage to zoom in and out. It was a lot of help for me to enter in this field and combine my exploration with regression therapy.
Shalini:
Wonderful. And what do you recommend we should ask her?
Ana:
Well, I will ask her about her plans to extend this field of regression therapy.
Shalini:
What is your message for Earth Association for Regression Therapy, and also the fellow regression therapist and therapist in any realm.
Ana:
My message would be the same that I keep for myself that we can go with the clients only until the level we explore ourselves and we went ourselves. So, we have to keep this in mind. For the association. I think is the time to extend and to make the information more visible to the other part of the Earth, to the other countries; and yeah- being more visible and normalize this kind of approach. This is the direction.
Shalini:
And thank you So much and I wish that you complete your psychotherapy course ASAP, as soon as possible. And we look forward to. I look forward to and I’m sure other look forward to your workshop or a webinar to start with.
Ana:
Okay.
Shalini:
And viewers, it was amazing. Not only amazing, it was kind of mind blowing. We have been in this field of regression therapy where we have been exploring but with so much of ease going out, coming back, realizing the importance of emotion, realizing that blockages are the opportunities that changes the perception even to look at the blockage and realizing that controlling people is not needed. Accepting them and giving the space why they are there and what they are learning and letting them have the evolution of their own life. It was really, really interesting, and I thank Maria Angelina for recommending Ana and I also thank Ana. And see you soon. Thank you so much.

Bienvenida, Ana.
Ana:
Thank you Shalini. Nice to be here. So, it will be the first interview for me and it’s in English, a language I never studied in this life.
¿A quién recomiendas a continuación?
Ana: ¡Claro que sí! Recomendaría a Ruxandra Bulzan.
Ana: De acuerdo.
Shalini: Y, queridos espectadores, fue increíble. No solo increíble, sino alucinante.
