DESCRIPTION:For EARTh members only \nEARTh mentorship program is designed to provide in-depth support and continuous learning for professional RT therapists who are EARTh members\, helping them enhance their skills and tackle the challenges they face in their work with clients. This program offers expert guidance not only on technical therapy questions but also on how to elevate the overall quality of therapy sessions. \nEach group is led by a seasoned expert in the field who brings a wealth of experience and insight\, ready to address a wide range of participant queries – from navigating complex therapy situations and personal challenges as a therapist\, to offering practical strategies for handling specific in-session dynamics. Whether one is  looking to refine their techniques or gain clarity on difficult cases\, this mentorship provides a supportive space for growth and professional development. All sessions take place online via Zoom\, which allows for flexibility for both the Mentor and the Participants.
